Back in 1973, winemaker Neill established Sally’s Paddock under the name of Redbank Winery. Neill named the winery after his beautiful wife Sally.
Wife of Neill Robb, and the face of Sally’s Paddock. Sally now cooks cakes, jams and relishes for the Flying Pig Deli.
Third generation winemaker and daughter of Neill and Sally Robb. Sasha was raised into the wine industry, after completing her degree at Charles Sturt University at Wagga Wagga. She has grown to run the family business Sally’s Paddock, she also has produced her own wine range ‘Sasha’.
Father of Riley and Henry, Charlie supports his wife Sasha, helps out around the winery and tends to be a bit of a maintenance man! Charlie also operates his farm in New South Wales.

Children of Sasha and Charlie and grandkids of Neill and Sally. Riley and Henry enjoy exploring Sally’s Paddock on their Gator and playing with their dogs.
Georgette is a local staff member you will find in Cellar Door, Georgette is very knowledgeable on wines, the Pyrenees region in particular.
Alice works in Cellar Door and also uses her knowledge of international trade to take care of Sally’s Paddock’s sales and exports.
Shantai is a local staff member who you can find at Cellar Door or behind the scenes of our social media and marketing.
Molly is a 13 year old Kelpie x Huntaway. Molly is a designated usher who guides visitors to cellar door! She also loves food and pats.
Billee is a 3 year old Kelpie x Huntaway, who will most likely lick you all the way to cellar door.. very friendly!
Cooper is a one year old Border Collie who is very jumpy! He likes to be greeted with a belly scratch.
