2015 Sally’s Hill Cabernets 1.5 L Magnum

A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Cabernet Franc, the 2015 vintage was an excellent growing season for these varieties. The wine opens with fragrant  dark berry fruits and floral aromas. As it opens, savoury spices and violets arise. Palate intensity with firm tannins, dark cherry liqueur and plum flavours predominating. Generous fruit and savoury spices arise from the use of extended oak maturation and give a subtle complexity and depth to the long gratifying finish. Can be enjoy now and will continue to develop in bottle for the next 10-15 years.
