2011 Sally’s Hill Pinot Rose
Light garnet in colour, this full flavoured Rose exhibits floral aromas, white pepper and spices, coupled with the characteristic strawberry and cranberry typical of Pinot Rose. The wild yeast fermentation of the Pinot Noir grapes create some exotic flavours of marachino cherries, spices, and red cranberries. The layering of these flavours creates a light, even palate with a crisp, lively finish. This wild child is best consumed immediately and served cold with a selection of antipasto.
