Hundred Tree Hill

Made in an easy to drink style, this non-vintage brut was named after the youngest member of the Robb winemaking family, Sasha. A Chardonnay/Pinot Style, Sasha is a fresh, elegant wine showing subtle flavours with a long, creamy finish. Additional complexity is gained through malolactic fermentation and lees contact.

A rich, ruby colour this wine emits a complex bouquet of eucalyptus, cinnamon and cloves with an explosion of ripe mulberries. The palate is elegantly dry with a pleasing weight of spiced fruit. It finishes with good length, fine acid and subtle oak flavours.

Deep red colour, this Cabernet has intense bouquet of violets, cloves and spices with subtle underlying French oak. An intense and restrained palate, exhibiting eucalypt, bramble and tobacco leaf. The well integrated flavours include mown hay, cigar box, cedar and fine grain, soft tannin with length and subtle integrated oak.
