2010 Sally’s Hill Merlot

A classic Merlot, emitting aromas of ripe blackberry, cinnamon and touches of tobacco and cedar. A full, intense palate of rich black fruits, vanilla and cloves rounds out with some warm, spicy black pepper and beautifully silky tannins. While delightful to drink now with some roast pork and roasted winter vegetables, this wine will only improve with time.
